What it's about

It is a political thriller, not a war film, but no one is ever safe.
Everyday hatred, on both sidesThe third season shows what occupation does to people: children of Russian origin bullied at school, a family threatened with being burned out, a traitor insulted before being deported, a bodyguard who tortures for a confession. The cruelty is in words and looks more than in blows.
A father killed, a daughter who blames herselfA teenage girl loses her father and convinces herself it is her fault for not answering his last call; other bereavements run through the series, and a child ends up alone in the dark.
