When Bonnie receives a Lilypad tablet as a gift and becomes obsessed, Buzz, Woody, Jessie and the rest of the gang's jobs become exponentially harder when they have to go head to head with the all-new threat to playtime.

- Long stretches in the darkA big share of the movie happens at night or in dim places, with more than twenty sustained dark scenes, and several images of a small figure alone in the shadows. For a young viewer this is the part that lingers most: not gore, but the feeling of being lost and left behind.shown
- Chases, scares and loud perilThe score pushes hard, there is screaming, growling from a marked villain, and a first-act rush of fire and explosions.
