What it's about

A young street-smart, Nathan Drake and his wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan embark on a dangerous pursuit of “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Nathan’s long-lost brother.

Why 13

The official rating, firstRated PG-13 in the US (parents strongly cautioned, some material may be inappropriate for children under 13). zinema never goes below the country's rating: it explains it.
rule
Gunfire almost throughoutNearly two minutes of shooting in all, henchmen everywhere, a killer with a knife, a brawl inside a flying plane: this is a video-game action film, and it does not stop. A few wounded, a little blood, deaths without emphasis.
A lost brother, a death that is toldThe hero lost his brother as a child and the film keeps coming back to it, with a mentor whose past comes out. Deaths are spoken of more than shown, but the word returns often.
The bar, the swearing, the nightThe hero is a bartender and a thief, drink is part of the scenery, some sixty swear words, and many scenes at night or in caves.

What the movie brings

A pirate treasure hunt with puzzles you can solve before the heroes do.
A young man looking for his brother more than for gold, and an old thief learning to trust.
Pace without malice: the action is acrobatic, never cruel.

Watching it together

Before
