What it's about

A former soldier is thrown into a brutal race against time when a critical medical delivery makes him and his unlikely partner the targets of a ruthless cartel. As the mission spirals into a deadly manhunt, every detour, delay, and bullet pushes them closer to failure. With betrayal closing in from every side, they must survive the chase and deliver their cargo to save the life of a little girl.

Gunfire from start to finishWeapons are drawn, aimed and fired through nearly the whole film, with about a minute of gunfire in all and men held at gunpoint. It is staged as an action chase, not as horror, but the threat almost never lets up.
Blood stays on screenWounds and bleeding are not glimpsed and dropped: blood is shown on faces and bodies, and in a long finale, around the 85-minute mark, the hero stays covered in it at the center of the frame. This is what weighs most in the film.
Swearing in almost every sceneStrong language runs through the dialogue from the opening minutes, about sixty coarse words over the film, including crude insults aimed at women. There is no way to miss it.
Cruelty and pressure on peopleBeyond the shooting, characters are threatened, and loss, fear and harsh treatment come up in several conversations. A child's life is the stake, which keeps the anxiety high.
A cartel, drinking, cigarettesThe pursuers are a drug cartel, but drugs are only mentioned, never used on screen. Alcohol comes up often in conversation and people smoke. It is the backdrop of an adult criminal world, shown without admiration.

What the movie brings

It shows that a promise kept to a stranger can matter more than your own safety.
Two mismatched people learn to rely on each other under pressure.
The ending is happy: the effort means something.
