13 alone, 12 with a parent.
Alone, or with you
The official US rating is PG-13, and we never go below it. Alone from 13; from 12, with an adult or by talking about it afterwards.
The sweet spot: around 13-15, when you start wondering who your parents were before they were parents: that is exactly the question the film asks, and it does not land any earlier. Why a sweet spot?
Official US rating: PG-13. In France, zinema would say 13.
Dan Morgan is many things: a devoted husband, a loving father, a celebrated car salesman. He's also a former assassin. And when his past catches up to his present, he's forced to take his unsuspecting family on a road trip unlike any other.
Before you start, say plainly that there is a long, fairly explicit bedroom scene between the parents, so nobody is caught off guard.
at 13 and up
Dan hid his whole past from the people closest to him. Do you think he was protecting them, or protecting himself?
