What it's about

New CIA operative Aaron Cross experiences life-or-death stakes that have been triggered by the previous actions of Jason Bourne.

Why 13

The official rating, firstRated PG-13 in the US (parents strongly cautioned, some material may be inappropriate for children under 13). zinema never goes below the country's rating: it explains it.
rule
A massacre in a laboratoryA researcher shoots his colleagues one by one, calmly, inside a locked lab, and the heroine survives hidden under a bench. It is the hardest scene in the film, and nothing about it is a game.
Two minutes of gunfire, faceless deathsDrones, snipers, agents executed from afar, a motorbike chase through Manila; the deaths are many and told more than shown, with a few bloodied wounded.
Pills as a leashThe hero depends on tablets that keep his abilities going, and the film talks about withdrawal, dosage and a programmed suicide for those who quit. A ten-year-old does not have the keys.
Dark and tenseA third of the film in the dark, jolts, screams, and some thirty swear words.

What the movie brings

A hero who must first survive his own body before surviving the others.
An ordinary scientist swept along against her will, who holds up.
Espionage seen from the side of those who clean up: the machine more than the hero.

Watching it together

Before

Warn about the laboratory scene, it comes early and it marks; the rest is a chase.

After

Aaron wants to keep his abilities at any price: what is he willing to lose for them?
